Plötzlich wurde das Heulen des Windes von einem Schrei zerrissen, und ich musste mir die Ohren zuhalten. Edwards Miene verfinsterte sich.
„Das war ganz und gar unnötig“, murmelte er. „Und es ist die schlechteste Idee, die ich je gehört habe!“, rief er laut.
„Besser als alles, was du bisher vorgeschlagen hast“, antwortete Jacob und ich erschrak, als ich seine menschliche Stimme hörte. „Besorg ihr einen Heizlüfter!“, grummelte er. „Bin ich ein Bernhardiner?“
